Alexa had her dance recital. She did such a great job!!! We switched dance academies in January and were thrilled with how much she has learned.

latest project

My green wall is complete! I decided to paint the long wall so you could see it as you walked down the stairs. I also made my curtains. I went through a model home a while back and was checking out all their decorations. I saw this style of curtain and of course checked them out to see how they were made....and then made them myself. I am known to say "don't buy that you can make it for half the price!". I also have been making lots of fun bright pillows too! Loving the basement!!!

Father's Day

At church they passed around a list where they had asked every child in primary a question about their dad. It was very entertaining! I thought I would share what our kids said.

Caleb:

Alexa:

They love their daddy!!
I am greatful that I am married to a man who is an excellent father every day of the year!

Opinions needed

Ok I need to know your opinions.....We are finishing the basement this week and I want to paint a wall a bold apple green color.

I need to know if you would paint the short wall that is in the pic or the wall to the right that is really long?????

Movie Stars

I walked out side the other day to find the kids working on a play with our neighbors. They had a script and were video taping it. I was so impressed with their creativity. Even though we have had a few problems with some of our neighbors...I am thankful for the good ones!!!!

Oregon trip

We just got back from a great trip to Oregon. We visited OMSI, the Zoo, Meghan's horse, the waterfront and the Portland Temple. It was so good to be home and to have a little vacation.
