Last night Steve and I took the dogs out and there was on Old Navy bag neatly placed by one of my planters on the porch. I picked it up and looked in it and it had dog poop in it! One of our sweet neighbors took the time to pick up dog poop and place it on our porch. Here is my beef, besides it being totally rude, we have 8 dogs that live in a stones throw from our house. So why would the neighbors take the time to place it on OUR front porch? How do they know it is our dogs? We pick up after our dogs!
We were furious so Steve marched over to the neighbor that lives across from us. She has been nothing but rude to us. She even had the nerve one time to ask me "Who is that strange man staying with you?". Yeah it was my little brother. Apparently he is strange because he has long hair. She totally denied placing the package of love on our front porch. She told Steve "I don't have time to do something like that!".
Am I the only one that thinks this is totally out of line? Steve and I are so laid back we would never think of doing something like that to our neighbors. We never say anything to our neighbor that lives next to us who puts there garbage can in our drive way on garbage day. We never say anything to our neighbors who have there kids bikes in the middle of the walking paths for days. We never say anything to our neighbor who has her kids toys all over her front porch. We never said anything to our neighbor who kicked our dog because he ran up to him to say hi! We never say anything to our neighbor who takes their crying baby out on their front porch at 7am! We basically try to keep the peace.
Too bad my neighbors don't read my blog. If they did I would tell them to grow-up and come say something to our face.

Part three of the teeth!!!
First of all these are Jonah's P.J.'s from last winter. It is now a crop top! I can't stand how big he is getting. I want him to stay 6 forever. And he also lost ANOTHER tooth last night. He has been singing all day "all I want for Christmas are my two front teeth!".

Part Two of the lost tooth
If we let the kids they would sleep every night down stairs on the big couch. We limit it to Friday nights. This weekend we made it even a little more exciting by setting up Caleb's new tent.
We couldn't resist taking a picture of Jonah's tooth in a plastic bag with a note. He was very concerned that the tooth fairy would not know the tooth was his.
So he left a note on the bag. I will translate. "This is for the kid in the soccer sleeping bag. For the tooth fairy. (He spells it fire). From Jonah". This was a keeper!!!!

Our newest family member....SADIE
One of my patients at work offered me a sweet little Westie that she rescued from a breeder. I looked at her and couldn't resist. Rookie our pug needed more members on his entertainment committee. She has already worn me out and I think I might be crazy to have two little dogs now!
We surprised the kids with her. On the way home from school today I let them each ask me 3 questions to see if they could figure out the surprise. They narrowed it down to a mini motorcycle, a robot and a lizard...they were so off!!!!!
