32nd birthday!

I don't know about anyone else but since I have been married going to the gym has been the last thing on my mind. I used to be able to run and run forever. Now I don't think I could run around the block. So for my birthday this week I got myself my own present....A PERSONAL TRAINER. I met with her yesterday morning at 5:45am! Of course she is 5'1, size zero and maybe 95lbs. She was great though. My legs are HURTING today but it's a good pain. I can't wait to see what she tortures me with next week!!!

Way to go girl!! We are trying to get back on the exercise bandwagon as a family again. Once you start exercising again it feels so great, and you crave it everyday(ok maybe crave is too strong a word!!!!), it does feel good though.
Happy Birthday girl!!!!!

Wow, I thought you were older than me, (you've always been so mature and with it!)but I guess I'm a couple months ahead of you. Happy B-day!

Congrats on the trainer! Hope you're not sore for too long.

Linds,
Can you give me your address and Heather's address? I need to send you an invite. -Andrea

PS- I may have already sent you this but I forgot. Thanks

That is awesome! I want one of those, if only I had time right now. Ah.

Yeah! I love trainers! Not that I've ever been able to afford one, but I someday wouldn't mind being one! I love the beginning of working out. Sore, tired, and yet - still loving it! Have fun, and stay positive. Remember that the whole point is to feel good k?!

Hmmm. I can think of better self-purchased birthday gifts than forced exercise, but to each her own. :) Actually, I kind of want the same thing. I just missed my 32nd birthday, though... I Guess I'll just have to wait until 33.

Good luck! The soreness will eventually give way, right?
